Chef
The most awarded french chef in activity in Brazil. It was the first chef from South America to receive the title "Maître Cuisinier de France", the highest honor of French gastronomy. Jacquin received another honor from the french government, with the medal Chevalier de L'Ordre du Merite Agricole, in recognition of the dissemination of french products.
